How to delete your EchoMTG account and permanently remove your data.
ACCOUNT DELETION POLICY
1. OVERVIEW
EchoMTG provides users with the ability to permanently delete their accounts, complying with the requirements of Google Play and the Apple App Store. When an account is deleted, all associated user data is permanently erased, including but not limited to email addresses, inventory, watchlists, trades, and blog posts.
2. DELETION METHODS
Users can delete their accounts through two methods:
- By logging into their EchoMTG account via the website and visiting the Account Deletion Page.
- Through the EchoMTG mobile application by navigating to the Account section and selecting the "Delete Account" option.
3. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION REQUIREMENT
If a user holds an active paid subscription, they must first cancel their subscription prior to initiating account deletion. Subscription cancellation can be managed through the EchoMTG website on the Plans Page or by contacting EchoMTG support.
4. DATA REMOVAL
Upon account deletion, the following user data will be permanently removed:
- Email address and login credentials
- Inventory and collection data
- Watchlists and trade lists
- Blog posts and comments
This action is irreversible, and deleted data cannot be recovered.
5. PROCESSING TIME
Account deletion requests are processed immediately. Some systems may take up to 48 hours to finalize complete data removal.
